We us a very high quality of LAMINATES & Hybrids sailcloth for this sail, Tri-Radial desing. Ιt’s a feature in the design of many modern cruising sails. It’s a type of batten that runs along the leech (the trailing edge) of the mainsail. The purpose of leech battens is to help control. the shape and performance of the sail, particularly in the aft section, which plays a big role in how efficiently the sail catches the wind.

All DL sails are designed using state-of-the-art programs, according to the needs and aspirations of each sailor. Depending on the fabric, cutting is done with a Plotter Cutter or Laser Cutter.

All seams are made after gluing the panels with double-sided silicone adhesive tape, which makes the seam very strong and prevents moisture from penetrating between the panels.

The finishes are handmade, based on the quality of strong materials such as leather, etc. that provide protection, durability and good appearance.

Before shipment, each sail is checked for both its exact dimensions and for any errors. Each sail is printed with the type of boat, dimensions and its production number.
